Operational Approach

  • Security survey of the client premises will be conducted and a final standard operations procedure (SOP) will be discussed with the client before taking over charge.
  • Security personnel will be selected by the operations team and after the client’s approval trained as per PSAR Act & post specific SOP by our SSSDC Certified training team before posting.
  • Regular visits by Area / Operations Manager / Management to discuss concerns / improvements / periodic surveys to suit the client’s business.
  • Weekly night rounds (surprise visits) by the operations team.
  • Client feedback shall be taken on a regular basis and acted upon on priority after discussion with the Directors.
  • Clients will be sent regular reports of trainings conducted, night round & feedback reports.
  • Apart from our managers the Directors of the company are in regular contact with the client & the status of the units.
